IS MY FRAGRANCE SAFE?

Yes! HUE is phthalate- and paraben-free. Vegan and cruelty-free. HUE adheres to the most stringent fragrance guidelines regulated by IFRA (International Fragrance Association)

WHAT INGREDIENTS DOES MY FRAGRANCE HAVE?

Alcohol Denat., Fragrance (Parfum), Water (Aqua), Benzyl Alcohol, Citral, Citronellol, D-Limonene, Eugenol, Farnesol, Geraniol, Hydroxycitronellal, Linalool

HOW LONG DOES MY FRAGRANCE LAST?

HUE lasts about 6 – 8 hours on skin but that depends on your skin type (your natural chemistry) 

WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE BE DELIVERED?

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. Orders are normally delivered in approximately 5-8 business days (within the continental United States only). These times may vary during holidays. We do not offer expedited shipping. Please keep in mind, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to; natural occurrences, air/ground delays, or transfers, by our shipping partners. 

MY ITEM(S) ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We are happy to offer Route Shipping Protection for all Hue by Hayley orders. Simply keep this protection option on at checkout and your package will be protected in the event of damage. If your order includes Route Shipping Protection and you experience damage to your package while in transit, please contact huehelp@slatebrands.com and we will help you through the simple claim and replacement process. If your claim is approved, we will issue a refund or replacement. Refund/replacement requests for damaged orders must be made within 15 days of the delivery date. Requests after this point will be denied.

If your package is not protected with Route Shipping Protection, Hue by Hayley is unable to accept any liability for damage to your order.

HELP, MY ORDER IS MISSING/STOLEN?!

We are happy to offer Route Shipping Protection for all Hue by Hayley orders. Simply keep this protection option on at checkout and your package will be protected in the event of loss or theft. If your order includes Route Shipping Protection and you experience loss/theft at delivery, please contact huehelp@slatebrands.com and we will help you through the simple claim and replacement process. Refund/replacement requests for lost or stolen packages must be made within 15 days of the “delivery date.” Requests after this point will be denied.
